Megadyne offers a comprehensive custom manufacturing service for timing and conveying belts. From coatings in various materials to welded profiles, endless splices and bespoke modifications for specific industrial applications.
Coatings available in polyurethane, elastomer, foam, PVC and other special materials. The choice of coating depends on the application: non-slip, abrasion resistance, food contact, antistatic or noise dampening.
For applications where welded profiles do not meet design requirements, Megadyne manufactures machined teeth in high-strength materials that are mechanically fastened to the belt.
The Progressive Pin Joint system allows a timing belt to be installed without dismounting the drive. Ideal for fast maintenance on production lines where downtime is critical.
Megalinear and Megaflex belts are customised with profiles welded to the back: flights, lateral guides, dividers and stops manufactured in highly wear-resistant materials.
